So ... "social media" is the magic panacea phrase of the decade for marketing? Really? The more we business leaders treat social media and today's digital marketing like magic shiny objects, the more we hurt or at least slow its capacity for producing tangible results.
Per the article link below, it is interesting how we continue to increase the pouring of money into "Social Media" but are not improving it's integration into the sales and marketing strategy of our firms. Sounds like a definition of a thoughtless cure-all strategy.
