ABOUT
G-Force was founded in 2012 by Giancarlo Newsome.
Giancarlo credits his corporate success to his upbringing by entrepreneurial family in the USA and Europe. This family gave him a special appreciation for being constantly innovative while also building dynamic processes and systems that can scale with innovation and business size. With this upbringing, Giancarlo early in his career, became salesperson of the year for a major Fortune 500 aerospace company. His leadership in guiding and testing the installation of one of the first Software as a Service CRM platforms helped him grow market share in his assigned territory when globally company market share was declining. Giancarlo grew into a variety of other executive leadership positions in corporate America conducting international business around the world while also starting a few side businesses of his own. With some great entrepreneurial failures and ongoing successes under his belt, Giancarlo now focuses on helping individuals and youth around the world realize their entrepreneurial and personal dreams.
Giancarlo is also a member of the US Army Reserves as an Innovation Officer for the 75th Innovation Command. There he serves as a Civil Affairs Trade & Commerce specialist engaging entrepreneurs and venture capitalists to help solve the security, stability, and poverty problems around the world. Giancarlo is a fan of the documentary Poverty, Inc. and Dr. Ernesto Sirillo in changing the global paradigm for combating poverty. Giancarlo holds an MBA from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M. While Giancarlo is no James Bond, he does hold varying degrees of fluency in English, Italian, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Giancarlo for fun enjoys being mesmerized by the majesty of nature and God, music composition, boating, and loving on his wife, parents, family, and friends.

Aubrey Bain

Aubrey Bain is the customer service and administration backbone for G-Force. She is a pacific northwest girl currently living in Oklahoma anxiously awaiting to see her first tornado (not). Aubrey spent 6 years immersed in the financial industry, beginning as a teller and then spending the final four years as a loan officer. Though she left her full time career to become a mom in 2017, she took her skill set and love for serving others with her. G-Force has been her professional outlet ever since then, and she has come to manage most of the routine tasks needed at G-Force. Aubrey spends most of her days chasing her two little girls, drinking cold coffee, and tying up loose ends for Giancarlo and the G-Force team.
Kevin Lewis
Lead Project Manager
Kevin Lewis is the lead project manager for app development at G-Force. He turns complex dreams into reality with a consistent positive attitude and unwavering perseverance. Through college, because he did not have enough to do … he studied a variety of subjects outside of his business administration degree. From computer science, to art, to math he applied these broad range of skills to bring broader excellence to his business administration and project management training. He is the top G-Force problem solver. He is passionate about solving problems of all kinds by leading cross-functional teams to produce elegant solutions that deliver incredible user experiences. He is skilled in streamlining operations and maintaining schedules to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and meaningful revenue generation.
Bikrant Srivastwa
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER AND CAT HERDER
Bikrant Srivastwa is our CTCH. Chief Technology and Cat Herder for our G-Force App Development teams. Technology is changing so fast and the demand for coding talent that can keep up requires Bikrant to be a modern day Cowboy – constantly herding and guiding the latest technology and talent. He hails from Kolkata, West Bengal India where even in his childhood he was instantly passionate about computers and technologies. Recognizing that business is how great technology is best shared with the world, Bikrant uses his MBA to help our tech innovation become more quickly marketable and valuable to our clients. He is a great leader that embraces versus penalizes failures in our efforts. He helps our teams objectively process failure so we can take that next step closer to success. Bikrant loves the company and people at Capital Numbers where he works. He is proud to have served with Capital Numbers beginning as an Associate Business Analyst, to being a Project Manager, to now being their Head of Department for Mobile Applications and ASP.Net.

Anthony Glenn
Lead artist
Anthony Glenn is G-Force’s lead artist. He has provided invaluable artistic and professional help from the very beginning of the creation of G-Force. He is that rare artist that knows how to guide client business strategy and budget expectations with their marketing spend while always delivering consistent Fortune 500 quality. He has 30 years of experience in a variety of roles supporting some amazing national level brands. From production artist, to designer, to photoshoot director and to being THE artistic director, he has contributed to the marketing and branding success of such household names as Hot Wheels, Laguna Seca, Penske, Mears Racing, Unser Racing, Petes Wicked Ale, Power Bar, Fox Racing, Mitre, Pony, Oakland A’s, San Francisco Giants, InMotion (Pixar, Intel, Macromedia, Kelloggs, Papa Murphy’s, Lockheed Martin, Hall Brands, GoodMoon, and Royle Media. Anthony specializes in creating new and transitioning brands and identities. He works in the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat). He has a BS in Industrial Design from San Jose State University but has never stopped studying photography, TV/video production, architecture and drafting. Anthony is not just a great artist and art director, but a great friend and family man to G-Force and his local community. When he is not coaching youth sports, you can find Anthony capturing some amazing shots of nature, humanity, and life with his camera.
Gokul Ramkul
FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER
Gokul does the coolest web development and video animations for G-Force projects. He is a Full stack Web Developer and an Elite Motion Graphics Designer that is fun, incredibly creative, but also very responsible with his work and the team’s he leads. Whether he produces dramatic vidoes like this one or sentimental ones like this one Gokul never disappoints us. He is also the G-Force webmaster. He doesn’t wait to be asked to fix problems or improve UI/UX. His consistent proactiveness, creativity, technical prowess, and professionalism we are proud to have on our team.

Ralph Delgado

Ralph Delgado was an agricultural engineer by day, who has now dedicated himself to his real vocation for more than 20 years: graphic design and illustration. He does amazing work for us and our clients in producing great 3D infographics. He has created all kinds of content for engineering, architecture, eLearning projects. As part of our international team, he currently lives in Madrid (Spain) with his wife and a cat, and continues to be interested in new paths and digital art projects such as video games. For him, the profession of digital artist is a continuous search for new challenges, knowledge and experiences. We are proud to have Ralph part of our team!
Artem Peretrukhin
Animation & Motion Graphics
Artem Peretrukhin is one of our amazing animation artists. As a motion graphics artist using such tools as After Effects, Mocha FX, Cinema 4D he has that rare ability to “read the mind” of his clients to produce for them the animation they had in mind. He specializes for G-Force in UX/UI enjoyment with Lottie, and Web animation creations. He also has 4 years of experience working with Motion Graphics, VFX, Tracking in studio and through remote contracts.
Anastasia Fedorenko
illustrator
Anastasia Fedorenko brings the analog – shall we say even divine human touch – to our artwork that no digital software or tool can produce. Her illustrations not only reinforce the business message and mission of her clients, but also conveys the heart – the human promise – in the message of her client’s requested work. She works as a freelance-illustrator drawing illustrations in vector flat style for web and app use using Adobe Illustrator. She has a special skill in making hand drawn illustrations for not only business but also for children books in Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. Like G-Force, she begins her process not with technology, but with paper and pen. She begins with an open mind and an open heart using sketching to develop organic and personalized artwork and messaging that helps customers connect more deeply with a business. While this is an iterative process, she like others on the G-Force team, has a great intuitive sense that makes her production of art extremely efficient. She is impressively responsible and relentless in ensuring that clients are absolutely satisfied with her final illustrations.
